Bocchio Ceramica by Marco Bocchio

Located in Tarquinia, right in front of the Monterozzi necropolis entrance—a unique and exceptional testament to Etruscan civilization listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2004—Marco Bocchio’s exhibition and sales space has been registered in the Artisan Enterprises Registry since 1991. Self-taught, Bocchio specializes in reproducing pieces unearthed in Etruscan necropolises, particularly Etruscan-Corinthian and Attic-style ceramics. This type of craftsmanship is complex, requiring deep knowledge of techniques and exceptional skill in purely manual decoration. Bocchio himself creates the colors used in his works. He has collaborated extensively with the Chamber of Commerce of Viterbo and participated in numerous exhibitions, both in Italy—Milan, Florence, Rome, Capri—and abroad, including Paris, San Francisco, and Monte Carlo. Bocchio’s creations are highly popular among tourists.
